This is a beautiful garden scene with flowers, branches, statues, horn blower in a darker green outline. The dress zips up the side and does have flaws. There has been seam repairs under the arms a tear in one of the arms and a little discoloration at the armpits.
The dress has a drop waist an inverted pleat detailing in the back of the dress and a nice pleated detailing at the neck. Most likely a homemade item.
